Question by Dinosaur: Will insurance cover a dimensional shingle upgrade if we currently have 3 tab shingles on our home?
Our insurance will be covering 100% of our roof from a wind/hail storm. We have 3 tab shingles now and we want dimensional shingles since they are stronger and look better as well. Will our insurance cover the upgrade or do they cover the exact same thing we have now?
